Materials List for Acrylic Painting Workshop

MATERIALS LIST (suggested from Dick Blick)
Each student is asked to bring a photograph or 2 of a scene they are interested in reproducing.

• Brushes in various sizes, both flat and round
• Disposable Paper Palette, 12”x18”
• 1 Stretched canvas, 16”x20” or 18”x24”
• Palette Knife
• Tiny jar of palette cup
• Golden Open Thinner
• Paper towels
• Tall, round container (like a soup container)

Paints: Golden’s is a good brand

• Large titanium white (5 oz)
• Large Ultramarine blue

All the rest can be 2 or 3 oz:

• Cadmium yellow light
• Cadmium red light
• Alizarin crimson
• Burnt Sienna
• Burnt umber
• Yellow ochre
• Cerulean blue
• Cobalt blue
• Hookers green
• Sap green
• Green gold
• Any other colors you like
  • NO Black!
