MATERIALS LIST:
You can purchase your supplies through Dick Blick on line or at Educomp in Vineyard Haven.  I handed Trish a list of supplies at Educomp and they will be available for you to purchase if you stay local. If you shop in town you will receive a 10% discount as a Featherstone student. Blick also offers good discounts, but you need to order well in advance of our workshop and you may not get them in time.

• Tortillons- they come in packages of 6 (Educomp) and 12 (Dick Blick)
• Generals charcoal pencil kit (consists of 5 includes a kneaded eraser)
• Strathmore 500 Series Charcoal Pads (10811-1023 charcoal pad 24 sheets assorted tints 9”x12” available through Dick Blick ) or Canson -Mr. Tientes Pastel 9”x12” (available at Educomp)
• Canvas Pad Fredrix 9”x12” or 10”x14” (Educomp) or Canvasette 10 sheet pad 08911-1003 9”x12” or 08911-1006 12”x16” (Dick Blick)
• Canvas panels (sizes 9”x12’ and/or 10”x14”)
• You will need to purchase 3 size acrylic painting brushes. I noticed a reasonable company called a/a at Educomp. I recommend Art 5318F-6, 5318R-1, 5318F-10. If you want to order through Blick you might try Robert Simmons Brush Set set of 3 brushes short handle rounds 2-4-6  pack G for acrylic painting.
• Liquitex acrylics: white, black, prussian blue, alizarin crimson and cadmium yellow
• 10 well water palette and cover

As the class progresses, you may choose to purchase more acrylic paint colors or larger sizes of canvas, etc. This supply list will certainly get us off the ground. You may already have some of the above items.
